Reservation Policy

50% down payment is required to block the preferred date.

The initial reservation payment is made through GCash and must be verified before the reservation becomes confirmed.

  • The down payment is non-refundable but rebookable.
  • There is no cancellation refund policy.
  • Rebooking requires the customer to notify the business 15 days before the target date.
  • If the required notice is not provided, the deposit may be forfeited.
  • The rebooking fee is ₱250.
  • Rebooking is allowed one time only.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in 2:00 PM
Check-out 12:00 NN the following day

Late Check-in

  • Late check-in may be allowed with prior advice.
  • Late check-in is subject to owner approval.
  • Late check-in does not automatically extend the check-out time.

Extension Policy

  • Extension is allowed only if there is no booking before or after the scheduled stay.
  • Extension fee is ₱500 per hour.

Stay Guidelines

  • John Gil's Secret Place is a private and exclusive staycation.
  • Walk-ins are not allowed. A reservation is required.
  • Pets are welcome for responsible pet owners.
  • Guests may bring food and drinks.
  • Guests may cook at the property.
  • Basic cooking wares and utensils are available.
  • Parking space is available.
